~ Event Information ~
The Spain Farm usually hosts their annual full moon party in October, and this year since the Climate Marchers are coming on the full moon in August, a special added event is being scheduled. It is a potluck party of friends and family that appreciate good food and conversation. Reiki Treatments will be provided for all starting at 2:00. Solar Showers will be provided for Marchers use. Bonfire and Music in the Evening.
Come celebrate the full moon at The Spain Farm with the Great March for Climate Action as the marchers arrive from Winterset! Bring a potluck dish to share and be ready for live music, good friends, delicious eats and an important cause.
Note that we’ll be on the “South 40,” which is the south side of the road by the quonset barn, instead of behind the house.
Consider joining us by bike. The Great Western Trail comes within a 1/2 mile of the farm. Our road is 3.5 miles south of Cumming. Exit the trail after you pass the large granite rock commemorating Charles Spain.11
