On the morning of Tuesday, July 29 @ 7am we will meet at Hope Presbyterian Church (5220 S 159th Ave) to march with the marchers 13 miles to First Central Congregational Church (421 S 36th St.).

You can also join them at them at noon for a Potluck, vegetarian and vegan lunch at Countryside Community Church (8787 Pacific St.). Please bring your favorite food without meat or for the vegan marchers food with no meat, eggs or dairy ingredients.

If you want to walk and talk with the marchers the last 5.5 miles, including a stop outside of Warren Buffett’s office, to get back to the church by bus will only cost you 75 cents! View the route here.

*The number 15 MAT bus can take you from 36 and Farnam to 84th and Center where you would wait 15 minutes to transfer onto the number 5 to take you to 90th and Pacific, three blocks from Countryside Community Church.

On the evening of Tuesday, July 29 from 7-10pm we will celebrate Omaha’s powerful and inspiring victory to move their utility beyond coal at McFoster’s Natural Kind Café. Look forward to great music, food and inspirational speeches. This will also be a fundraiser to help the March continue its journey to Washington DC.Clean Energy Coming Soon Omaha Fundraiser

On Wednesday, July 30 @ 5pm we will rally at the foot of the Bob Kerrey Memorial Bridge to say farewell to the Climate Marchers and march with them across the bridge into Iowa.
