Senator Touring for Climate Action

Dear Climate March Friends, Iowa State Senator Rob Hogg has done an amazing job providing leadership on climate action here in Iowa, both at the Statehouse and at the grassroots level. Through a series of tours, he is now working to connect with climate activists across the country. Meet Steve Martin, our first marcher from Kentucky. Steve is a retired small-business owner whose family business, Martin Studio of Photography, recently closed after operating for 64 years in Henderson, a town of 28,000 people on the banks of the Ohio River. Application Sent to 132 Prospective Marchers

The Great March for Climate Action announced today that it is now ready to formally accept applications from prospective marchers interested in participating in next year’s eight-month, 2,980-mile trek from Los Angeles to Washington, DC. The Marcher Application and an accompanying promotional video were sent to 132 people who expressed interest in marching.
